“It was 5pm and I had just gotten home with my granddaughter. The house was close to 90 degrees. I called a couple of places and got the standard “someone will call you back”. I then got on thumbtack and Gotcha was immediately responsive and said he’d be right over of I wanted him to. He arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem. He worked for two solid hours at my house in the sweltering heat and as the sun went down the mosquitoes were like pterodactyls, He didn’t complain just did his job. He found that a gecko had found his demise in my ac unit. Once found it was a quick and inexpensive repair job, a trip charge is all he charged me! I was amazed and thrilled (and now much cooler). I would recommend Gotcha over and over again.“
